Baek Jong Won's Sauce base for meat dishes!

How to make sauce base for meat dishes

    1. 2 cups soy sauce (진간장)
    2. 1 cup sugar (설탕)
    3. 1 cup cooking wine / mirin (맛술)
    4. 2 cups of water (물)

    1/2 cup minced garlic (간 마늘) 

    Eating with mixed soy sauce is the best combination
    1 spoon chopped ginger (다진 생강)

    1 cup green onions (파)

    If you put more sesame oil (참기름) will make taste better
    But if you put it too much it will be bitter

    Add about 1/3 cup of  sesame oil (참기름)

    2 cups of soy sauce, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of cooking wine, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of garlic, 1 spoon chopped ginger, 1 cup of green onion

    and the last 1/3 cup of sesame oil

    Mix it~

    This magical sauce will make cooking easier!
