~()(요) or ~(ㄴ/는)(요) = To re-tell someone what you've heard from someone else. (They said......, S/He said......., I heard that......,)

PRESENT:
noun + (이)(요)
verb + (ㄴ/는)(요)
adj + 대요

PAST:
verb + 았/었 대(요)
noun + 였대(요)
adj + 았/었대(요)

FUTURE:
verb + (ㄹ/을)거래(요)
noun + 일거래(요)
adj + ㄹ거래(요)

Example :
